Document Description
The Operator proposes to construct a left-turn lane from north-bound SR 113 onto west-bound Hay Road, and a left-turn lane off Hay Road into the Recology Hay Road Landfill. A new 18 inch culvert will be installed at the entrance to the landfill site on Hay Road, and an existing 24 inch culvert will be extended to accommodate the road widening. The roadside ditches will be graded and restored to their preconstruction condition.
