Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-56870-R2, pursuant to
section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento County –
Department of Water Resources.
The project is limited to the restoration and enhancement of a previously improved segment of
Gerber Creek including riparian plantings and associated irrigation and the installation of a
bike/equestrian trail in the upland area of the Gerber Creek Phase 4A section. These activities
were previously authorized by Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0069-R2 for
North Vineyard Stations Drainage Masterplan and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No.
SAC-19012-R2 for Gerber Creek – G2 to G3.
