Document Description
The project is limited to restoration and enhancement of a previously improved segment of Elder Creek including riparian plantings and associated irrigation and the installation of a bike/equestrian trail in the upland area of the Gerber Creek Ph 1A section. The project will include 18.3 acres of riparian plantings and canopy and 1.15 acres of low flow channel and wetlands restoration within the 26.3-acre riparian project area. A bike/equestrian trail will be installed in the upland area on the south side of the Gerber Creek Ph 1A section between Waterman Road and Passalis Lane following the existing grade, so no major grading will occur.
