TANC would renovate the existing COTP Route 1 microwave communication facilities by installing a fiber optic wire between the Tracy and Tesla Substations to replace an existing overhead shield wire. The fiber optic would also be buried in county road right-of-way from the existing COTP Transmission Tower 33 to the Tesla Substation.
