To summarize, the entire proposed PD project would include the following uses: - 1,674 residential dwelling units, varying in density and design - 9-acre, 100,000 square feet of retail and convenience commercial floor area - 14-acre, 150-room resort hotel/spa - 256-acre, 18-hole golf course - Approximately 410 acres of open space (including 188 acres designated as the Bailey Creek Open Space Dedication/Preserve, 222 acres of open space buffers) - 7-acre wastewater treatment plant facility and 37-acre recycled water storage ponds, to be managed and operated by the Walker Ranch Community Services District - Water supply system (including wells), to be managed and operated by the Walker Ranch Community Services District - Roadways and storm drainage infrastructure
