Document Description
While the total project site consists of 183 acres, the proposed project would involve the conversion of approximately 67 acres of vacant land into 11 vineyard blocks, ranging in size from 3.8 acres to 13.1 acres, which would require the acquisition of an erosion Control Permit regarding the Erosion Control Plan prepared for the proposed project. In addition, the roadway construction and irrigation piping for the proposed project would require three stream crossings, which would require a Streambed Alteration Agreement from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG).
