- The proposed project consists of a rezoning and general plan amendment to allow for the subdivison of approximately 122.75 acres into 497 single-family residential lots. Furthermore, the project includes zoning approximately 14.09 acres "high density residential (R-H)" to allow for the future development of a multi-family development with a development density of of 15-30 dwelling units per gross acre (approximately 210-421 dwelling units). In total, the entire project could accommodate between 707 and 918 new residential dwelling units.
