Document Description
The project is to construct a new twenty-six unit deed-restricted affordable housing complex on an undeveloped 2.64 acre parcel of land (three parcels to be merged). The proposed development will include 24 two-bedroom units (864 sf each) and 2 three-bedroom units (1224 sf each). A minimum of 5% of the total units will be specially designed for persons with disabilities (3 for physical disabilities and 1 for persons with hearing impairments). It is in TRPA Plan Area #114, Special Area 1 as a permissible use.
