Document Description
The proposed project cosnists of demolition of the existing school and construction 90 single family residential dwelling units. The single family homes would be clustered in groups of two and six, would be two stories, and would range in size from approximately 1,560 to 2,168 square feet of living space. Park and open space totaling approximately 21,380 square feet would also be proposed along Glencourt Way. Vehicluar access to the site is proposed from Skyline Drive and emergency vehicle access is proposed off Glencourt Way.
