Improvement projects to accommodate increased flows in the collection system as future development and growth occurs; treatment plant expanions o f both primary and secondary components based on an evalutation of projected influent flows, treatment plant capacity, and influent equalization volume; and a proposed new outfall to Ledgewood Creek to increase the outfall capacity of the treatment plant by 25 mgd to meet future wet weather flows.
