Document Description
Windsor River Road is an important east-west collector route for the Town of Windsor (Town) and the county of Sonoma, linking residents to the Russian River Valley, Keiser Park, Old Downtown, the Town Green, Civic Center, Highway 101, and the nearby schools. The project is proposed to provide parking and bicycle access along Windsor River Road and to provide associated traffic safety improvements. The project is being developed consistent with the Town of Windsor Bikeway and Trail Plan and the Town's General Plan.
