PCWA is proposing to acquire one of four alternative sites for the construction and use of a water storage tank and pump station. The proposed project would involve the same two components regardless of the site selected.
* Acquisition of the property.
* Design and construction of a 10-million gallon water storage tank, pump station building, 24-inch water pipeline, and associated facilities (including a perimeter fence, permanent access road, drainage/overflow features, standby power unit, and utilities into the facility).
