Document Description
A Final Map Subdivision of an approximate 5.5 acres to create 26 residential lots and Parcel X for the storm water detention basin. The lots will range from 5,846 to 9,640 square feet. The parcels will be served by community water and sewer. Access to the property will be via Underwood Court. The project involves extension of Underwood Court to Underwood Road and construction of Lennea Court as an access road. The project requires an exception to lot frontage requirements to allow for flag lot configuration. The project will be phased: Lots 1 through 19 in Phase 1; Lots 20 through 26 in Phase 2. Construction of the detention facility will be part of Phase 1.
