Document Description
A Special Permit for the development of an approximately 6,280 sq. ft. dining hall and three 1,200 sq. ft. dorms on a +/- 89.16-acre parcel. The parcel is currently developed within a "family camp" consisting of a variety of small cabins, a manager's office and store, a large barn, a tabernacle for religious assemblies, a shop, a restroom/ laundry facility and several small sheds. The proposed dinging hall will replace a small kitchen building with nearby dining canopy. There will be several trees removed within 30' of proposed improvements. The parcel is served by on-site water and sewage disposal systems. A maximum occupancy has been set at 1,000 persons.
