Document Description
The project sponsor, David Kacalek, is requesting approval of a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 35 acres to create 10 lots to support future commercial and/or light industrial uses and 3 additional parcels for resource conservation. No specific use or development plans are proposed on any of the proposed lots at this time. Future development on the proposed lots would be subject to individual grading and zoning permit entitlements and subsequent environmental clearance. Overall, the improvements proposed on-site would include public-street, utility, and storm-drain facilities as necessary to serve the proposed lots in accordance with City standards.
