The SDCWA proposes to install steel liner in 26,048 linear feet of existing 69-inch and 84-inch concrete Pipeline 4 within the Second San Diego Aqueduct alignment, from the southwest corner of Miramar Lake to State Route 52. The project extends generally in a north-south direction and traverses the Scripps Ranch community, Aliant International University, and MCAS Miramar.
