TAMC is preparing a Transportation Expenditure Plan (TEP), which would provide funds for highway, transit and local road projects proposed within Monterey County. The TEP will be the basis for a local transportation sales tax ballot measure to be placed on the countywide ballot in November 2004. If approved, the measure would provide a new funding mechanism for the implementation of projects listed in the TEP.
