Document Description
Project entails replacing the temporary river-crossing structures at Alabama Street and at Orange Street with permanent, all-weather crossing structures to provide reliable, permanent crossings. Funds to construct the bridges will be provided by the City of Redlands and federal funds administered by the Federal Highway Administration and Caltrans.
