The Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board is proposing to adopt a new Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Irrigated Lands as described in the enclosed order. This action addresses requirements specified in California Water Code 13269. Adoption of this order will require all discharges to complete and implement farm water quality plans that identify management practices for erosion control and for irrigation, nutrient and pesticide management to protect water quality.
