Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0090-R5) to the project applicant, William S. Hart Union High School District. The Project proposes to permanently impact 1.20 acres of streambed, and mitigate with 2.48 acres of restoration of similar habitat to that which was impacted. The California department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing an Agreement reguarding the Stream or Lake Alteration to the project applicant, William S. Hart Union High School District, Ssnata Clarita, Los Angelos County. The Project is limited to te construction of the Castaic High School and associated access roads. The high school will consist of a new 250,000-squae-foot facility that would be constructedwithin a 198-acre, four-parcel-site, and would also entail the construction or enhancement of access to the site. The high school is being proposed on a project site (Tract 47807) that is an approved residential tract that obtained a Streambed Alteration Agreement, Number 1600-2010-0204-R5. Under that agreement, associated jurisdictional inmpacts and mitigation has already been satisfied.
