Document Description
The project in this case includes the annexation of about 25 (+/-) acres of unincorporated land into the City limits of the City of Imperial. It also includes a minor subdivision, proposing to divide the overall property into two parcels, and this map is being processed concurrently by the City of Imperial, to accommodate the final acreage to be owned by the School District. It is the intent of the School District to purchase and annex the described property and then to construct a public middle school along with all associated facilities including but not limited to classrooms, administration, gymnasium and athletic fields.
