CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0176-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Viborg Sand and Gravel, Inc.
Project is limited to continued commercial sand mining of up to approx. 25,000 cubic yards annually from the Salinas River, pursuant to the Reclamation Plan approved by the County of San Luis Obispo.
