Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Viborg Sand and Gravel, Inc. The Project is limited to continued commercial sand mining of amount of up to approximately 25,000 cubic yards of aggregate annually from Salinas River, pursuant to the Reclamation Plan approved by the County of San Luis Obispo.
