Document Description
It is the intent of the Abatti Family Trust develop the two parcels for 219 residential lots through a General Plan Amendment, Change of Zone, Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) and Tentative Tract Map. According to the LLA application, the boundary between the above two parcels will be moved approximately 444 feet to the north and enlarge the R-1 zoned parcel #38 to 54.14 acres and reduce the R-3 zoned parcel #52 to 32.02 acres.
