Propose to adopt a redevelopment plan for a new project entitled the Downtown Enhancement Project which is located in the City's core downtown business area. The area proposed to be included in the project is comprised of approximately 333 contiguous acres, 291 of which are situated within the City's incorporated limits; 42 of which are within unincorporated Kings County.
