The project site is in the Planned Development 1 (PD-1) zoning district. PD-1 is also known as the SEADIP Specific Plan area and is consistent with LUD No. 7 of the General Plan.
Document Description
Approximately 160,000 square feet of commercial development, including the Home Depot, a sit-down restaurant, and various other retail uses, along with approximately 1.37 acres of off-site open space by the intersection of Silvera Avenue and 7th Street. Access to the project site will be provided by a new primary entry at the signalized intersection of Studebaker and Loynes Drive, and by two secondary entries providing right-in/right-out access from Studebaker Road.
