Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 21.2-acre commercial retail center. The proposed retail center would include a proposed Home Depot store as a major tenant, as well as ten smaller outlying commercial pads and associated parking, improvements to SR-74 (Collier Avenue and Central Avenue), and onsite drainage flows will be conveyed into the public storm drain system located along Collier Avenue and Central Avenue. Additional infrastructure features would be improved to provide adequate service to the site.
