Document Description
Sempra Energy Utilities / Southern California Gas Company (Discharger) will replace 10 miles of transmission pipeline and 6.5 miles of distribution lines in Kern and Los Angeles Counties. The Line 85 transmission line presently lies along the Grapevine Creek / Interstate 5 corridor. As replacing the pipeline in-place would result in significant environmental effects, the Discharger will place the pipeline using the existing Line 225 corridor two miles to the east.
