Document Description
The Specific Plan proposes a maximum of 23,000 dwelling units and 14 million square feet of non-residential development of employment areas (12,223,390 sq. ft) and retail serving centers (1,986,336 sq. ft.) anticipated to be built over a period of approximately 20 years. One parcel map, three tract maps for subdivision on up to 5,651 units are being currently requested. Two elementary schools, on high school, a golf course, a waste water treatment facility, and a fire station are being proposed in conjunction with the subdivision process. A separte CUP is being requested on existing recreational hunt club for change of boundary as a result of the Specific Plan proposal.
