Document Description
The proposed project consists of transferring approximately 8,500 acre-feet of water per year from Stevinson Water Distirct to wildlife refuges within the San Joaquin Valley. The sources of the transfer will be approximately 5,500 acre-feet of surface water that has historically been locally transferred and about 3,000 acre-feet of water from a groundwater substitution program.
