The Operator proposes the complete removal of three unnamed streambeds to develop a 483-acre parcel for a master planned residential community. The subject project consists of approximately 1,594 single-family homes, a 13.39-acre elementary school, and associated roadways and infrastructure, and a 28.05-acre park. The subject project will require the removal of approximately 2.73 acres of ephemeral streams and associated riparian habitat.
