Proposal to subdivide approximately 16 vacant acres into 10 single family residential lots. Residential lots range from between .66 and 2.1 acres in size and two open space lots are planned to 2.4 and 3.3 acres in size. The subject property is characterized by rolling, hilly terrain that slopes down to the north, east and west. Access to this site is provided via Via Las Nubes, a public street. Grading is proposed to accommodate the street system and residential pads generally between 22,800 and 32,843 square feet in size.
