Document Description
Propsal by Frank Connolly for a grading permit to allow for grading and construction of: 1) Improvements for a new driveway; 2) A building pad for the construction of a 1,888 square-foot residence with 498 square-foot attached garage; 3) Drainage improvements; 4) Installation of wastewater treatment system including a septic tank and leach field; and 5) one on-site well pad. The projects will result in approximately 16,000 square feet of site disturbance and will require 800 cubic yards of cut and 800 cubic yards of fill. The project is located on the south side of Reindeer Place, approximately 1,000 feet north of Prancing Deer Place, approximately 9 miles east of the city of Paso Robles, in the El Pomar Estrella planning area.
