Proposal by Enrico Pozzuoli for a Minor Use Permit to allow for the conversion of an existing +/- 945 square-foot garage to a winery. On-site wine processing activates include crushing , fermenting, pressing, barrel storage, bottling, and blending with production of 1,000 cases per year during peak production. The proposed project will provide on-site tasting by appointment only. The project also includes a request to adjust the property line setback for wineries with tasting rooms from 200 feet to 32 feet. The project is located on the east side of Hog Canyon Road (6225 California Poppy Lane), approximately 400 feet of Buckhorn Ridge Road, approximately 3 miles northeast of Estrella Road, approximately 10 miles east of the City of Paso Robles, in the El Pomar - Estrella planning area.
