Document Description
Specific Plan No. 0337 is comprised of several land use elements: residential, commercial, parks, a school and church. The proposed plan includes 193 acres of residential developments within Medium Density Residential, Medium - High Density Residential and Very High Density Residential land use designations. The proposal includes an elementary school facility on 12 acres of land. The specific plan will include ten residential Planning Areas with 44.27 acres at 7,200 SF parcels with a maximum of 185 dwelling units, 57.1 acres at 6,000 SF parcels with a maximum of 283 dwelling units, 33.3 acres at 5,500 SF parcels with a maximum of 172 dwelling units. The total maximum estimated residential dwelling units for the project would be 1,350. The Specific Plan may involve the relocation and/or abandonment of existing streets and utilities within the boundary of the project.
