Document Description
The project would consist of redevelopment of an existing outdoor storage facility to a commercial retail use. The proposed project proposes the construction of seven buildings with an approximate total leasable building area of 188,038 square feet. The proposed project would include two freestanding restaurants, a main department store anchor and additional retail spaces. Shipping/receiving bays will be located along the south and west sides of the retail buildings. The project would include parking spaces consistent with City requirements and standards. The project would also include a freestanding sign directed to I-805 motorists as well as a sign feature along Main Street.
