Document Description
The project consists of redeveloping 17.2 acres of the 24.1-acre property located on the southeast corner of the Main Street/I-805 intersection (4501 Main Street) from an outdoor storage facility to a commercial retail center. The project will consist of seven buildings with an approximate total leaseable building area of 188,038 square feet. The project is proposed to include two freestanding restaurants, a department store anchor and several additional retail spaces.
