Proposal by the County Environmental Health Division to revise the County Code (Chapter 8.14) relating to and eliminate duplicity between the County Code and state Health and Safety Code regulations (Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Sections 2610 through 2729). The proposed changes will not result in a reduction of regulatory protection of underground storage of hazardous substances. This amendment will apply to all areas of the county.
