Document Description
This is a mixed-use project consisting of 79 affordable apartment units and a 68,665 square foot self-storage facility. The project site is 3.49+/- acres located at 25 San Clemente Drive in Corte Madera. The property currently supports a vacant lumberyard consisting of three vacant buildings and undeveloped areas used for vehicle storage. The proposed project would demolish the exisitng buildings and clear the property. The residential portion of the project consists of three two- and three-story apartment buildings over parking, and a 3,000 square foot community building.
