The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California proposes to perform annual routine maintenance of a drainage ditch located west of Metropolitan's Diamond Valley Lake (DVL). Metropolitan proposes to remove sediment and clear vegetation from the manmade drainage ditch that extends east from the DVL West Dam structure.
