Reasons for Exemption
Stadium bleacher replacement will be of like a kind in same area of location. The demolition and reconstruction of buildings will utilize the same area of location. Tennis courts will be reconstructed in the same area location. Renovations of athletic fields are sloped less than 10% and will not change in its usage. The demolition and reconstruction of the concession stand and the addition of restrooms, team locker room, maintenance/storage buildings will not increase student capacity, campus wide heating and ventilation will be roof mounted package type units.
