Document Description
The Operator proposes to restore a 2830-foot section of Spring Creek located on the Spottswoode Vineyard at the western limits of the City of St. Helena near Modrona Avenue, Napa County. The activates that will occur are clearing sediments from four culverts to increase capacity and decrease flooding, reduce bank failures by using bioengineering techniques for bank stabilization and revegetation, clear exotic invasive such as Himalayan blackberry and vinca and replacing them with nature riparian and wetland species, planting of native riparian species, recontouring unstable vertical banks, and grade stabilization structures. Inssuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0463-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
