Document Description
The City of Rio Vista (City) is in the process of producing a supplemental environmental impact report for review of teh proposed construction and operation of the Rio Vista Northwest Waster Treatment Facility (NWWTF). Part of the proposed expansion wuld involve the construction of an effluent pipeline and outfall; the outfall would be loated in the Sacramento River. To determine the feasibility of the outfall design and location, a geotechnical exploration survey is needed to collect the necessary data.
