Document Description
The operator proposes to alter the streambed and banks by the removal of over grown riparian vegetation consisting of cattails and willow saplings from Sand Canyon Dam and Reservoir spillway energy dissipater within Sand Canyon Creek. Vegetation removal is necessary to maintain spillway flows. All vegetation will be removed above ground by hand or by hand-operated tools and will be cut to less than one foot in height.
