Document Description
The proposed project consists of replacing an existing 25-foot telecommunication tower with one new 80-foot telecommunication tower at Santa Ynez Peak, Santa Barbara County, California. The new 80-foot tower will be used primarily for supporting microwave dishes and telecommunications antennas and their associated hardware. The 25-foot tower will be demolished once the antennas have been moved to the new tower. The antennas shall include those that operate in the VHF, UHF, and microwave range of radio frequencies. The tower replacement will consolidate and upgrade existing equipment for the State of California's Public Safety and Communications Network.
