Document Description
This project consists of the placement of a modular structure that will be configured to provide new office space for the Davis Mobile Equipment Facility. The project site is a developed CDF facility in the area of extensive past disturbance. Associated with this project will be excavation for the construction of a building pad, in addition to utility trenching that will be required to bring water, sewer, and power. Six ornamental trees will be removed on order to allow building placement and associated parking.

This project replaces an existing temporary office trailer. There will not be any expansion in use at the site. The temporary trailer will be removed.
