Document Description
In 1994, the riverside County Olanning department issued Plot Plan Number 13727 and granted approval for the property owner to opperate a wood chipping and grinding facility. Over the course of years the property owner and his business partner, Mr. Shawn M. Rawls, stockpiled an estimated 100,000 cubic yards of wood waste on site.
Remeadiation of the site includes implimentation of fire prevention and control procedures and removal of stockpiled wood waste to premitted recycling and disposal facilities. If need be, wood waste will be processed on site prior to removal to an appropriate facility.
