Document Description
Perform annual road maintenance along San Diego Pipeline nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Riverside and San Diego counties. Metropolitan proposes to blade and grade existing dirt roads along the pipeline alignments from Auld Road, located west of Lake Skinner in Riverside County, south to the end of Metropolitan's rights-of-way near the community of Fallbrook in San Diego County. This routine maintenance activity is required to enable service equipment and personnel to access the distribution system in this area.
