2003-5108-R2. Mechanical removal of several non-native species growing both above and below the water line on the north side of 14 Mile Slough. Mechanical harvester shown in Exhibit C. Plant material will be stored on a conveyor belt until full; then placed on the homeowner's dock, bagged and taken to the local dump.
