Low-Income housing exemption, Sections 21159.21 and 21159.23. The low-income tenant household incomes will not exceed 60% (income range 45% to 60%) of area medium income for family size. The project will be financed with HCD "HOME" funds and Tax Credit funds and will remain affordable at the above Levels for 55 years per signed agreement with Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
